Responsibilities:

1.  Brand Representation & Image Management

  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the brand’s identity and values.
  • Monitor and manage the brand’s reputation across all platforms.
  • Explore Potential collaborations that might be valuable for the brand


2.  Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key fashion editors, journalists, influencers, and bloggers
  • Pitch stories, product features, and interviews to fashion media outlets.
  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and look-books.
  • Prepare press Kits ahead of shows
  • Draft press release for key placement
  • Handle interview in coordination with co-creatives
  •  Act as the face and voice of the brand to the public and media.


3.  Event Planning & Management

  • Organize and manage high-profile events such as fashion shows, product launches, and exclusive parties.
  • Secure celebrity and influencer attendance and coverage.
  • Coordinate press access and media coverage give direction where needed
  • Act as the face of the brand


4.  Influencer & Celebrity Outreach

  • Collaborate with stylists and agents to place products on celebrities for red carpets, magazine covers, and public appearances.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, gifting, and endorsements
  • Develop event-base gifting strategies as part of our relationship-building strategy
  • Manage Seasonal and special occasions gifting depending (ideation and follow up on execution process)
  • Handle Celebrity fittings on ground, provide briefs for customs looks and follow up on execution process from start to end


5.  Crisis Communication

  • Handle sensitive situations like negative press or social media backlash.
  • Draft official statements and coordinate internal alignment on crisis response


6.  Marketing Strategy alignment

  • Oversee or collaborate with the marketing team on key events, media placement and reporting Track
  • Press coverage and compile regular PR reports.
  • Measure ROI of campaigns and media placements.
  • Use media monitoring tools to assess sentiment and engagement.


7.  Fashion show preparation

  • Identify the right press outlets and curate a gust list that ensure optimal exposures for both ready to wear and couture shows
  •  Handle invitations, seating and celebrity dressing for the show
  • Anticipate challenges and ensure clear communication if last minutes changes arise


Profile required:

5+ experience in Public Relations and communications, ideally within the luxury fashion house Familiarity with the luxury market codes and standards (brands tone, visual aesthetics and confidential projects)


Educational Background: Public Relations, Fashion Communication, Luxury Fashion, Journalism, or  similar
