We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other details on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or to update information at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Color and Display
Due to differences in screen settings, colors of products displayed on the website may not accurately reflect the actual colors of the items. We do our best to ensure that images are as accurate as possible, but there may be slight variations.

 

 

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed by contacting us through our Contact Us page, phone number, WhatsApp or email. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

3.2 Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchase, including taxes and any applicable fees or charges.

3.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email, phone or WhatsApp. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, but simply a confirmation that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. GEORGES HOBEIKA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or any customs or clearance issues.

4.2 Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping as well as any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the final price nor in the shipping fees.

 

 

5. Exchange Policy

At GEORGES HOBEIKA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an exchange-only policy (no refunds) under specific terms and conditions. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any items purchased.

Conditions for Exchange

You may request an exchange within seven (7) calendar days of the product delivery date if:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt.
  • The product does not match the description provided during the purchase process

All products subject to an exchange must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, accessories, and documents. The items must show no signs of wear, alterations, or damage. The cost of return shipping as well as any related charges and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note: Exchanges are limited to a different size (+1 or -1) of the same model for products purchased without an in-person showroom visit.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit a written exchange request to Customercare@georgeshobeika.com, outlining the reason for the exchange.
  2. Our team will acknowledge the request and evaluate the claim.
  3. If approved, you must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmation.
  4. Upon inspection, we will confirm the replacement, which will be shipped within thirty (30) calendar days.
  5. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping as well as any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed.

 

If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Content
All content on the GEORGES HOBEIKA website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to GEORGES HOBEIKA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

6.2 Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the site are the exclusive property of GEORGES HOBEIKA. Unauthorized use of any trademark displayed on the website is strictly prohibited.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty
GEORGES HOBEIKA provides the website and its services “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall GEORGES HOBEIKA or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

 

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at Customercare@georgeshobeika.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal proceedings will be held in the courts of Lebanon.
