Returning Items

If you receive a damaged product or one that doesn't match what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same model

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at Customercare@georgeshobeika.com. Explain the reason for your return, and we'll acknowledge your request promptly.

Returning Your Item

If your return request is approved, you'll need to send the item back to us within 14 days, using a courier of your choice at your expense. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Returning to the Boutique

Our retailers are unable to accept returns. Please use the prepaid label and return via post.

Confirmation and Replacement

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund within 30 days. Rest assured, we cover the shipping costs for replacement products.
