Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At GEORGES HOBEIKA, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase you make.

 

Our exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and convenience.

 

Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of product delivery for the following reasons:

 

  • Receipt of a damaged product

 

  • Product received does not meet the description and characteristics provided on the website

 

Please note that exchanges are only limited to different sizes of the same model.

 

Here's how our exchange process works:

  • You can simply initiate an exchange by submitting a written request by email to the address Customercare@georgeshobeika.com providing details on why you wish to exchange the product you ordered.

 

  • Once received, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your Exchange Request via email.

 

  • Our Customer Care Team will evaluate your request and revert to you by email whether the request is confirmed

 

  • If an exchange is confirmed, we ask you to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the exchange confirmation date, to the GEORGES HOBEIKA specified address communicated to you, and using a courier of your choice at your own expense.

 

Please ensure that all returned products are in their original packaging, including all documents, accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.  Labels and tags must be fixed at the same original locations.  The product should also be clear of any signs of wear or dirt.

 

  • Upon receiving the returned products, our Customer Care Team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that the product(s) meets our exchange conditions.

 

  • If your exchange is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and will ship the replacement or altered product(s) within thirty (30) calendar days. Rest assured, shipping costs for replacement products will be covered by us.

 

  • If there are any issues, we'll promptly notify you via email and inform you that your exchange is not approved. We will ship back the product(s) to you at your own cost.
