Professional Experience & Background
- 5–10+ years of experience in luxury or haute couture fashion sales.
- Strong portfolio of existing high-net-worth clients (especially in the GCC region).
- Prior experience working in a luxury showroom or fashion house.
- A background in personal shopping or styling is a plus.
Sales & Business Development
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in luxury markets.
- Strong networking abilities to attract new GCC clientele.
- Experience in up-selling and cross-selling couture products.
- Track- record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Language & Cultural Skills
- Fluent in English and French (Arabic is a huge asset, given the GCC clientele).
- High cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with clients from the Gulf region.
- Understanding of buying behaviors and preferences of elite GCC clients.
Presentation & Communication
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, confident demeanor.
- Must reflect the elegance and discretion of the brand.
Fashion Knowledge & Passion
- Deep understanding of haute couture, fabrics, fashion trends, and tailoring.
- Ability to advice and guide clients on couture pieces, fittings, and styling.
- Familiarity with luxury brand positioning and values.
Other Key Traits
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (especially to the GCC for private appointments or pop-up events).
- Flexible with working hours, particularly during fashion weeks or warehouses visits.
